One year, in plain words

Solid wood is built to last. If something goes wrong with how your table was made in the first year, we make it right.

What is covered

For one year from the day your furniture is delivered, we cover it against cracking, splitting and warping. This applies to the original buyer.

If that happens in the first year, we will repair it, replace it, or refund what you paid for that piece. We choose which one fits the problem.

What is not covered

• Anything after the first year. There is no extended warranty.
• Everyday wear like scratches, dents and marks. A table that feeds a family will show it.
• Seasonal wood movement. Solid wood swells and shrinks a little with the weather. Small gaps that come and go are normal.
• Natural variation in grain, color and knots, and the way wood and finish change color with light and age.
• Worn finish, water rings and heat marks.
• Damage from accidents, standing spills, hot dishes, harsh cleaners, dragging the table, or keeping it outdoors or in a damp or very dry space.
• Furniture someone other than us has altered, refinished or repaired.
• Commercial use. This warranty is for homes.
